Savory Wrap Recipe
Mediterranean style whole wheat avocado wrap with fresh tomato, cucumbers, avocado and special green chutney{with cilantro and mint}. Enjoy!!

Ingredients:
- 4 whole wheat avocado Wrap it wraps
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 avocado
- 1 small onion

Green Chutney:
- 1 cup mint leaves
- ½ cup cilantro
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 green chili or jalapeno
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- A very small piece of onion
- Salt and sugar as per taste
- 4 tablespoon yogurt
Directions:
- For making chutney, place all the ingredients except yogurt in the grinder with very little water.
- Grind it in fine paste.
- Take it in small bowl and add yogurt. Mix well and keep it aside.
- Chop cucumber, tomato, onion and avocado in cubes.
- Toss them in a bowl and give them light stir.
- Heat a large skillet/grilling pan on medium heat. Place a wrap on the pan, apply little oil on both sides and cook for a minute, flipping with a spatula until the wrap is hot. Heat all the wraps in similar way.
- Plate a wrap and add the veges on the wrap.
- Generously drizzle the chutney over.
- Fold the wrap and enjoy with chutney on the side
